1. Deposit Payments
To confirm your booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required within 3 calendar days of receiving your invoice. If payment is not received within this timeframe, Maison de la Riviera reserves the right to release any held reservations.

2. Final Payments
The balance of your payment is due no later than 60 days prior to the start date of your trip. A final invoice will be issued 7 days prior to this deadline. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.

3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments can be made securely via payment link or via bank transfer/wire.
All credit card fees are included in the total tour price unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, the following penalties will apply:

30% non-refundable deposit upon booking

60–46 days before arrival: 50% of total trip cost

45–31 days before arrival: 75% of total trip cost

30 days or less: 100% of total trip cost

Note: Certain customised or third-party experiences may have different cancellation terms. You will be advised of these before booking.

5. Changes & Modifications
Changes to itineraries after confirmation may incur administrative or supplier fees. Maison de la Riviera will make every effort to accommodate amendments but cannot guarantee availability.

6. Our Role as an Intermediary
Maison de la Riviera operates as a travel curator and intermediary. We do not provide transportation, accommodation, or activity services directly but coordinate with trusted local suppliers. Therefore, we are not liable for injury, loss, delay, or dissatisfaction arising from acts or omissions of third-party vendors.

7. Travel Insurance
Maison de la Riviera does not provide travel insurance. We strongly recommend clients purchase a comprehensive policy covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel delays. Reputable providers include Allianz, Travel Guard, and World Nomads.

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, border closures, political unrest, strikes, or severe weather. In such events, we will do our best to reschedule or offer credit, but refunds are not guaranteed.

9. Health & Entry Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all visa, vaccination, and health requirements relevant to their travel. No refund or compensation will be provided for denied entry due to incomplete or inaccurate travel documentation.

10. Gratuities
Gratuities for private guides, drivers, and other service personnel are not included unless specifically stated. We are happy to provide tipping guidance upon request.

11. Liability Waiver
By booking with Maison de la Riviera, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and release us from liability for personal injury, property loss, or other damages arising from participation in travel activities arranged through our agency.
